If this
"scene" to the left looks foreign, then it's probably been too long since you
have taken time for yourself. Even though you may not be able to comprehend how to
squeeze in any extra time into your already busy day, it can be done. This is
something you need to do - a necessity in your daily routine. You

(emotional, physical and spiritual), we can make the steps to bring a healthier
