As moms, and especially as work at home moms, we tend to push our "self" to the the bottom of the list in our priorities. What most don't realize is, that if you are not good to yourself, and do not take time for yourself on a regular basis, everyone around you suffers.

Don't forget the 
If this
"scene" to the left looks foreign, then it's probably been too long since you
have taken time for yourself. Even though you may not be able to comprehend how to
squeeze in any extra time into your already busy day, it can be done. This is
something you need to do - a necessity in your daily routine. You
will be amazed at what a simple 10 minutes of being good to yourself can do to your
outlook, attitude and disposition.
Being good to yourself and taking care of "self" means more than
just leisurely or fun activities. It also includes your health and spiritual well
being. As soon as we understand that "self" is 3 dimensional
(emotional, physical and spiritual), we can make the steps to bring a healthier
"us" to our family, business and friends.
